How to connect StillSales to your company, where to get help, and answers to the questions reps ask most.
Get set up
4 stepsStillSales works on its own from the first tap. Connecting it to your company's StillSuite site is what sends your visits to the office.
-
1
Get a setup code
In StillReporting, open Settings, then Mobile access, and add a device. If you can't open StillReporting, ask an owner at your company to do it for you.
-
2
Open StillSales on your iPhone
Go to Settings, then StillSuite.
-
3
Scan or paste the code
Tap Scan setup code and point the camera at the code on screen, or Paste setup code if you copied it on the phone. One code works in every StillSuite app on the phone.
-

Check the card
The card at the top of Settings says Connected to StillSuite, and shows your company once the first sync has finished. From now on your visits sync on their own whenever the app is open.

Say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. The version line at the bottom of Settings, like StillSales 1.5.0 (6), helps us find it.
hello@stillsuite.onlineSend feedback from the app
In StillSales, open Settings, then Send feedback. Your message goes to the StillSuite team with your name. The phone needs to be connected.
Ask your company
Your role, your company's account list and the visits on its StillSuite site belong to your company. Ask an owner there about access and records.
Questions
Does StillSales work without signal?
Yes. Every visit is saved on the phone first and syncs when you're back online. The visit timer keeps time even while the phone sleeps.
To sync right away, pull down on History, or open Settings, then StillSuite, and tap Sync now. That page also shows how many visits are waiting to sync.
Why is my account list empty?
The account list comes from StillCRM. If the phone isn't connected, or your company doesn't use StillCRM, the list is empty and the app says so.
The app says Disconnected. What now?
Your company removed this phone in StillReporting, or your access was turned off. Your visits are still on the phone. Get a new setup code from StillReporting (Settings, then Mobile access) and scan it in StillSales under Settings, then StillSuite.
It says the setup code doesn't include StillSales.
The code belongs to someone whose role doesn't include StillSales. Ask an owner to check your role in StillReporting, then get a new code.
If it says it's a StillQuote setup code, use a StillSuite setup code from Settings, then Mobile access in StillReporting instead.
Can I use one phone for two companies?
One at a time. A new code for the same company keeps everything on the phone. A code for another company first asks whether to switch, names both companies and says how many records haven't reached the first one yet. Switching erases the phone's visits, photos, to-dos, reminders and account list, so none of it goes to the new company.
How do arrival reminders work?
Turn them on under Settings, then Arrival reminders, and allow location Always and notifications. When you arrive at one of your 20 most recently visited accounts, StillSales sends a notification. Tap it to check in.
An account needs a location first. It gets one from StillCRM, or from a check-in made on site.
How does dictating a visit work?
At check-out, dictate the visit and StillSales types it up. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it also fills in the wrap-up from what you said. Either way, you check it before it's saved. The privacy policy says where the audio is processed.
Can I get my visits out of the app?
Yes. Open Settings and tap Export visits (CSV). You get every check-in (business, contact, time, location and notes) as a file you can email, save or AirDrop.
How do I remove my data from the phone?
Open Settings, then StillSuite, and tap Sign out and erase this phone's data. It tries once more to send what's waiting, tells you about anything that hasn't arrived, and then erases the phone's visits, photos, to-dos, reminders and account list.
Disconnect this phone, on the same page, only stops syncing and keeps everything on the phone. Visits already on your company's site stay there; ask your company about those.
